To make a return, send an email to us at info@cleojewey.com with a return request.

IF YOU REPENT

Have you bought something that does not feel quite right? Do not worry, such things happen. You can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Contact us at info@cleojewey.com and we will help you. Remember that you must not use the product or change the seal.

You will get your money back as soon as the product is returned or if you can show that it has been sent back. You must pay for the return shipping yourself and the product must be packed well (preferably in the same packaging as it came in). Feel free to send as traceable, because if the package is lost on the way to the store, you will not get your money back.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- In wich case can i make a return or exchange?
To be able to make an exchange or a return the following conditions must be met:
- The products to be returned must be within the deadline for exchanges and returns. This period is 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery of the order.
- The products to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have be used.

- In the event that the returned product is not in perfect conditions, CLÉO reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of the product.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
If the reason for the return or exchange because you are not satisfied with the product or want to change the size, you will have to pay the return or exchange shipping cost.
If the reason for the return or exchange due to a fault in the product, you must contact us same day of the receipt of the package to the following email: info@cleojewey.com, our customer service team will evaluate your case and offer you a solution if appropraite.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER
It is not possible to cancel or change an order once it has been made. However, you can cancel the purchase. Contact us at info@cleojewey.com

WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

All products on cleoeyewear.com are sold in accordance with consumer law rules and we take care of everything for you in complaints and warranty matters. The order confirmation we emailed you is valid as a guarantee certificate, so bring it with you in case of complaints.

In the event of defects that were neither caused by you nor occurred as a result of incorrect use, the product will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the individual store, including shipping costs.

If there is a defect in the product or if you received the wrong product, the return will be paid for by the store.

If you have placed an order with another partner, we have other delivery days that are emailed out for the exclusive campaign you purchased the order from.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
